Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the service I received at Sacramento Data Recovery Services. The Sacramento location is very convenient. They obviously know their stuff, they kept me constantly updated, and told me they took all the precautions to make sure the data is safe. They loaned me a drive since mine was broken. They never actually charged me until everything was finished. Very fast, too, I got everything back the same day.

"First, I would like to apologize for taking such a long time to write a review. It's been some time since Data Recovery Sacramento worked with me to restore my data on a failed drive.
As I recall, I had unfortunately already contacted another company and they had my drive. I was told when they examined my drive that they would be able to recover my data in no time. Well, a week had passed, and I remember calling them only to hear that my drive was damaged beyond repair and there was nothing they could do. I took my drive back, and despite already being charged hundreds of dollars, decided to try again, this time with Data Recovery Sacramento.
They told me the same day that they could recover my data. Of course, that's what the other company said, so I wasn't too excited yet. I was already stripped of cash by my first attempt, but I decided to grit my teeth and cut my losses -- after all, I had a lot of important things stored on the drive, and it would be a nightmare to have to start from scratch if the data were not recovered.
Well, what a pleasant surprise! Data Recovery Sacramento got my data back the very next day, and I was shocked that the final price was even less than what they estimated! It is truly rare that I could speak so positively of a company, but Data Recovery Irvine is everything that a company should be -- they are knowledgable, professional, and trustworthy, and they treat their customers with respect and fairness. I am very pleased, and would recommend them to anyone!

"I found Sacramento Data Services after searching the web for data recovery services near Sacramento. I chose them based on their great reviews (they were much better than other companies), so I decided to take a shot with them. The reviews were spot on! There's very little for me to add, but I can think of a couple. They have great customer support, even after recovering the data - they helped me restore not just the data, but also all the application settings, which was nice. They even got me my background back! Also, before recovering, they gave me this thing called a file directory viewer, basically letting me pick what I wanted back so I wasn't charged for what I didn't want. Very nice of them, it felt like they were on my side. Rock on, Sacramento Data Services!
